2021 Upcoming Boat Shows

Boat Shows

Last year saw the cancellation of boat shows around the world because of the pandemic. However, 2020 is over and boat shows are back stronger than ever. The NNMA shared in Boating Industry that they are ready to present their full lineup of shows in September;  the Miami International Boat Show announced earlier this year that they will return February 16-20, 2022; and many shows are coming back online every week.

Starting this summer some of the country’s most popular boat shows return.

Maine Boat & Home Show

August 13-15, 2021

According to their website,  this boat show is a “high-end, high-summer event in Rockland, Maine, the second weekend in August. Each year we gather Maine's finest artists, architects, boatbuilders, craftsmen, designers, furniture makers, jewelers, and marine gear vendors together in one place at one time!”

Newport International Boat Show

September 16-19, 2021

“The Newport International Boat Show (NIBS), one of the largest and most prestigious boat shows in the country, spans over thirteen acres of historic downtown Newport, Rhode Island.”

They are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year and tickets are available on their website right now.

IBEX Tampa Bay

September 28-30, 2021

From the website: IBEX is North America’s largest technical trade event in North America for marine industry professionals and is powered globally by METSTRADE, the world’s leading platform and community for professionals in the leisure marine equipment industry. IBEX is owned and produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (www.nmma.org) and RAI Amsterdam (www.rai.nl). IBEX will take place at the Tampa Convention Center.

Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show

October 27-31, 2021

The Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS)  is right in our backyard and we predict it will be one of the biggest years for the show. Now in its 62nd year, FLIBS attendees can expect the usual array of the latest boats on the market, yachts of all sizes, debuts, and a plethora of new marine products and accessories. If you attend the show this year please reach out to us!

FLIBS along with the new boat shows coming online are setting the stage for continued growth in the industry. If you plan on attending FLIBS, let us know! We would love to see you!
